These terms apply to every person who opens an account on indiamatka.vip. Access and eligibility depend entirely on whether participation is permitted under local law in your jurisdiction — where it is not, these terms do not extend an invitation.

We will always give reasonable notice before material changes take effect, either by email to your registered address or by an in-platform notification. Continuing to use your account after that notice period means you accept the updated terms.

Pending UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe deposits that have cleared our payment processor before suspension will be credited to your wallet. Withdrawals of that balance are subject to the verification steps outlined in the wallet and withdrawal clause.
